All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 14.75%, as well as $3.50 occupancy tax per room per night. Rates are based upon single or double occupancy.(No rollaway beds are available)

Reservation Policy

Please call 1-800-325-3535 and mention code: CHOSEN to make your reservation by February 17, 2012 to ensure the Conference rate. The Sheraton will require a credit card number to reserve your room.

Each guest will have 72 hours prior to arrival to cancel their reservation without penalty. Please note any cancelation after this deadline; we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, the Sheraton will charge your credit card on file for 1 night of your room charge plus applicable taxes for your reservation.

Check-In/Check-Out Times

Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Transportation

There is self parking 24 hours for $25.00, valet parking $39.00 located at 420 Albee Square, Brooklyn NY 11201.

REFUND INFORMATION:

A full refund of Conference fees is available until February 10, 2012. After February 10, 2012, a $50 administrative fee will be retained for any cancelation absent extraordinary circumstances. Determination of what constitutes extraordinary circumstances will be in the sole discretion of event sponsor.
